General information

The information Agrimix Pty Ltd (Agrimix) provides on this website and in our newsletters, publications, presentations, field days and advice, including trial and research results, is provided in good faith and is considered accurate at the time of publication. It is general in nature and does not take into account your particular property, circumstances or objectives. Results may vary

The performance and results achieved with Progardes® Desmanthus and other pastures may vary depending on factors including climatic conditions, soil type and fertility, establishment methods, grazing management and farming practices. Results from a particular trial, site or season are not a guarantee of results elsewhere.

Establishment

It is essential that Progardes® Desmanthus is planted in accordance with the Progardes® Establishment Guide, available from Selected Seeds at www.selectedseeds.com.au/progardes-desmanthus.

Carbon and emissions information

Any soil carbon, greenhouse gas or emissions-intensity figures we publish are estimates based on the methods and data described with them. They are not a guarantee that a property will achieve the same outcome, or that any carbon credits, removals or reporting claims will be issued or accepted. Eligibility and crediting under the Australian Carbon Credit Unit Scheme or any other program depend on that program’s rules and on project-specific measurement and verification.

Supply

Sales of Progardes® Desmanthus seed are subject to the terms and conditions of supply of the seller.

Plant Breeder’s Rights

Progardes® products are a composite of Desmanthus varieties and include materials covered by Plant Breeder’s Rights (refer to the packing label on the seed bag for details). Plant Breeder’s Rights provide exclusive commercial rights and control over the materials they cover. Unauthorised commercial propagation, or any sale, conditioning, export, import or stocking of propagating material, is an infringement under the Plant Breeder’s Rights Act 1994 (Cth).
