Eight steps to

pasture productivity

Improved pasture and soil fertility increases productivity enormously but only if it is implemented the correct way. Our ATP service combines Agrimix’s experience with the best agronomic advice, products and contractors to ensure the best-practice implementation every time.

1. The beginning of the AAP program

The grazier contacts Agrimix to undertake an ATP Program.

5. Agrimix does all the hard work for you

Agrimix coordinates the implementation by engaging an approved contractor to do the work.

2. Agronomist review

Agrimix and an experienced pasture agronomist visit the property and with the producer overviews the property and what the producer wants to do.

6. It’s all in the details

The producer meets with Agrimix and the contractor to finalise the timing and details of the implementation.

3. It’s all in the testing..

The agronomist undertakes soil testing and other required assessments to enable the planning of an optimised species and nutrition mix, implementation method, financial cost and potential return on investment.

7. Agrimix oversees implementation

The contractor then proceeds with the work in line with the agreed plan with Agrimix overseeing the contractor. Agrimix and the contractor are responsible for all elements of the implementation.

4. The plan gets the approval

The producer, agronomist and Agrimix together refine the plan, implementation method and cost. When the producer is happy with the plan it is signed off for implementation. Agrimix invoices the producer for work undertaken to create this approved plan.

8. The completion

At the completion of the implementation Agrimix invoices the producer for the work undertaken in the implementation of the project.
